Put AM.CO.ZA Knowledge Into Your AI
When you have a question about printing, machinery or one of our products, you probably want a specific answer.
Questions such as:
- How do I use this machine?
- What can this machine do for me?
- What is the price?
- Do you have stock?
- How do I fix a problem with my machine?
A general AI can often provide an answer, but it may not know the specific machines, solutions, experience and information available from AM.CO.ZA.
We have now made it possible for you to give your AI access to that knowledge.
There are currently two ways to use our data:
- Use our knowledge in your AI, or build your AI on our data.
- Use Our Knowledge in Your AI
This allows you to use AM.CO.ZA‘s knowledge with the AI platform you already use.
Whether you use ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or another supported platform, you can copy our latest prompt and use it when asking your questions.
It’s simple: copy the prompt, paste it into your AI, and then ask your question.
Why Does This Make a Difference?
Let’s look at an example.
Suppose you ask your AI:
“What kind of DTF printer do you sell? Do you have stock?”
Without AM.CO.ZA‘s data, the answer is likely to be fairly generic. The AI may explain what DTF printers are and describe different types of machines, but it may not give you the specific product information or current stock availability you actually need.
Now add the AM.CO.ZA prompt and ask the same question.
